  • Heraclitus is right.  The way up is the way down.

     

    You know what I've decided I hate...it's those little ad banners that say, "Hit the monkey with the banana and get a million* dollars!"  Those ads bother me so much.  And if you look at the little 'concordance' for the asterisk, you'll see a note that says, 'when you sign over your soul.'

  • I think my favorite is the one that I always see at Kryptonsite.  It says "Hit the Batman and win, etc etc", and there's a little Batman floating around in the air and you have to hit him with something.  It's so dumb because Batman can't freakin fly in the first place.  If you're going to make annoying banners, at least get the annoying details right, as though you haven't already annoyed me enough.

    And actually, I think I'm gonna side with Parmenedes and Zeno.  Change is just an illusion.  Heraclitus is so whack.

  • Yes! I love Zeno!  You've already heard my saying but its true so I'll say it again...homework is like zeno's paradox.  And actually I was supposed to be doing it right now, but ooh shiny object...
