  • Ahhh, so good to be back in the ever-humid Florida.  I love Orlando.  Great--Solomon is hanging over my shoulder reading my entry.  Agh, ever since he has aquired the new ability to read, he reads EVERYTHING.  Now he is laughing and asking me how I knew.  Doesn't it seem arrogant for Elo to tell Beethoven to roll over?  They can't compare even if they are a good band.

    AGH!  Shoot me now.

  • Hmmm....Disney with Ignacio...wow do I ever have a story...I don't even know what to say.  Katy is *was* head over heels for Fire Boy.  Yeah, ok, so he was hot and had an awesome name...and a sexy accent, but he was a tad bit arrogant. And I felt weird cracking jokes around Spanish kid cuz I don't think he got them.  Whatever, it was fun hanging out with him.  Oh and we came up with a prison name for him...it's either Lanky or Beanstalk.  We couldn't decide.  He was like, (imagine him saying this)"Why do I need a prison name?  It sound like tellytubby or something, ending in 'y'.  Prisons don't have names like that.  I'll be torpedo or something."  heh  I laughed.

So anyways, I'm in Corpus Christi now.  Haven't kissed the ground yet of my home state, but I'll get to it eventually.  I'll probably get my lips pierced by those horrible briars.  Briars, burs, stickers....whatever you call the little buggers....they're EVERYWHERE.

  • Schoooool's our for the summer....schooooool's our forever....well not really, but I can dream, right?

MWHAHAHA I am finally a senior!  Bow to me pitiful freshmen!  This last leg of the highschool race will be a breeze compared to this last one.

So yesterday I went to Chili's with Noelle, Rachel, and Alison, then spent the night at Ali's.  I went to Alison's in the first for Melly, but she had to leave, so Ali and I watched half of 'Ghost' before drifting to sleep.  Then I got up at 9:45.  What the heck is wrong with me?  On monday, I'm taking in a full 12 hours baby!  And so then later today, after I got back from Ali's, I watched Godzilla with Ben and Sol, and then took Ben to go see Hitch, which was actually a good movie.  So there you go--my first free weekend, and I've pushed out every enjoyable moment possible.  As I always say, "Suck the marrow from life's bones!" or to put it more delicately "Carpe diem" although I prefer "carpe noctem."  So now, after I get off, I'm going to go back to reading a really good book, and listen to the Real Rock show that comes on every saturday night at 12.  The only time of the week where they play REAL heavy metal.  Although, I haven't listened to it in a while, so it might not be premitted anymore...I guess I'll see.

  • Oh sweet blessed relief.  I'm so glad that the debate is over...and we WON!  Yay!  I can't express just how nervous I was.  But now, I'm working on that wonderful research paper on Emily Dickinson.  funfun.  And THEN I get to study for pre-cal exam!  YES!  I'm so excited.

I fell asleep on the little couch in my room today--I am exhausted although I'm not quite sure why.  All I know is that I cannot wait for summer.  *floats off into dreamland of sandy beaches, blue skies, and precious sleep.*

  • A hot sauce lego squirrel who cracks nuts while massaging a guy who is screaming into the phone to a hotdog.  That is what this song is ALL about.  Freaky, eh?

  • Emily--

    Dickinson--

    can--

    die--

'Because I could not stop for death, he kindly stopped for me'...good.  Okay, so I liked her and everything.  That's why I chose to write my biography paper on her.  Well, after 7+ hours of research on this insane heathen, I'm pretty sick of her. She's got some good poetry though.

I'm worried about next week.  The last week of my junior year--the clencher (oh great, I'm starting even to write like the crazy pagan).  Exams!  Paper!  Rhetoric freakin Journal!  Rhetorical Speeches Test!  All that oppressive pre-cal homework!  I cannot WAIT for summer!  Precious freedom!  Sweet bliss--(shoot) here I come!

  • Wow!!!  Don't you just LOVE lawsuits?!  A while ago my mom took something called Phenphen.  The product, however, was flawed and has caused heart problems in many many people.  Fortunately for us, because of this Phenphen had to stop producing and is now being sued by all those many many people.  My mom included...and apparently, we are getting a pretty penny out of this!!!

    whooooo.......p

  • Finally--I am able to breathe sweet Florida air now.  Ahhh.  I'm not sucking in the dry dust of Texas any longer.  I really do think I want to go to Baylor.  It had such a pretty and clean campus...as opposed to the dirty dorms of Covenant.  Agh.  And I can get into Baylor since their ACT average is 25.  It's nothing outrageous like Rice's 34.  Anyways, I got to get to work doing my FLVS Economics class.  Yipee.

  • I'm in Texas right now!!  Well, yeah, Waco sucks like a mother.  But Dallas is nice.  I really liked Baylor; it had everything going for it...EXCEPT it's location-----WACO!!!  Agh, kill me before I die.  Can you say 'hideous?' But yeah, I can actually see myself going there and enjoying it.  So I might end up there.  I'm just praying for God to give me a peace about my decision.  This whole college thing is vexing, but extremely delightful all at the same time.  I love Liz and Katy!  I love Texas!  I love the U of C(hina)!  I love Ireland!  I love the Dallas Aberitum!  I love cats!  I love orchids!  I love blue!  I love being random!

Am I in a weird mood or what!?!?

  • Well well well, guess who asked me to the Spring Dance.....Foster....Oh look at this *insert evil laugh*--I'll be in Texas!  Home sweet home...well I think I'm going to go to the Samson preformance at my church tonight. The tenth grade is putting it on, and I think the 9th graders are doing some scenes from Romeo and Juliet--except the warring families are the Seminoles and the Gators.
